I have had 3 visits (3 months apart each time) in advanced Functional Medicine. Compared with my gut tests 6 months ago my tests results today is greatly improved! 6 months ago I had leaky gut, 2 bad gut bacteria overgrowth, poor gut immune system, not enough good gut bacteria. Today they are all gone and i only need to build up more good bacteria. I am very happy and I am glad it is all working. I have seen Renae. She is very good and caring. I have also seen Celestia she is very professional and knowledgeable too! Just a last bit to share if you are reading this and struggling with your gut. Emotion and nervous system affect our gut a lot. So working on emotion and nervous system with the gut together would bring you good results.

Seeing Dr Celeste Jones at Advanced Functional Medicine was the best decision I ever made. After western medicine failed me and I had no hope left, being the sickest I have ever been, Celeste completely turned my health around. The founder of Advanced Functional Medicine, Jarrod Cooper ND has recently published a book called The Healing Hierarchy that lays out for we health seekers, our step-by-step path to achieving our health goals. This book is truly reader friendly. Reading Part One, Chapter 3: The Healing Hierarchy alone told me much of what this book is centrally about. For the clinical layers, test interpretation, supplement sequencing, and protocol adjustment, I needed to work with one of AFM’s supportive practitioners. Having the knowledge that this book provided, enabled me to know what questions to ask, understand what tests are needed, and what the results should look like. I, personally, have found the book and the practice itself to be very beneficial.

Recommended AFM by a close friend and gave found them to be extremely good at what they do . Following a post op gut biome collapse my recovery with their guidance has been a huge relief. My therapist Russell Bouwman took a extensive interview to find exact causes of symptoms and reviewed all my test results and came up with a simple temporary fix to my Histamine intolerance that Iam extremely grateful for . I visited Advanced Functional Medicine Perth after numerous attempts to understands why I would always falling ill after any exposure to the common cold or virus. As it tuned out I had multifunctional issues and through testing I was diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning, a problematic parasite (potential precursor for cancer) and mould.
