I am a degree qualified Clinical Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives. My approach is to work with you on your individual health journey, guiding your priorities and nurturing your health needs.

I take an in-depth look into the history of your health and your current symptoms, linking the different body systems to establish an understanding of your current health status. I utilise comprehensive testing and assess diet to determine contributing factors. With my previous background in research and an intrinsic passion to find the truth guiding me to establish individual protocols backed by scientific evidence.

Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help.

Using my knowledge as a degree qualified Naturopath, I work with you to restore your bodies innate ability to heal itself.

Journey to Functional Medicine

From an early age I wanted to find “Cures” for disease, having started off as a laboratory technician, I somehow ventured into plant virus research, publishing several peer reviewed scientific papers. I became lost in the corporate management cycle, upon recognising that I missed the Scientific atmosphere, I ventured into Naturopathy, discovering a passion for Functional Medicine, which has allowed me to help people in their pursuit for better health.
